For this event, we created a menu inspired by the urban and sophisticated sensibility of COS’s AW collection, bringing together its contemporary mood with distinctive Korean ingredients and traditional flavors, reinterpreted in a modern way. ⸻For the event’s finger foods, we paid close attention to creating a minimalist form and restrained visual language while allowing the character and flavor of each ingredient to come through.
