전화로만 연결해 본 다산콜센터에 방문해, 민원 응대 감정 노동자분들과 함께 스트레스를 줄일 수 있는 아로마 푸드를 놓고, 냄새를 맡고 맛을 보며 현재의 자신에게 필요한 재료를 골라 소스로 만들어보는 수업을 진행했습니다. 도시의 많은 궁금증과 불편 사항에 정확한 답변을 주는 사람들의 얼굴을 마주하는 자리라서 더 기대하였고, 수업장소에 들어오시자 좋은 냄새가 난다며, 밝아지는 얼굴을 볼 수 있어 보람을 느낄 수 있는 자리였습니다.We recently had the opportunity to visit the Dasan Call Center, a place we had only known through phone calls, and conduct a workshop on aromatherapy and stress relief with the dedicated customer service representatives. The session was designed to help these frontline heroes manage stress through the power of scent and taste. We explored various aromatic ingredients, allowing them to experience their unique fragrances and flavors. Then, they selected the ingredients that resonated with their current needs and created personalized aromatherapy blends. It was particularly meaningful to work with these individuals, whose voices are often the first point of contact for many city dwellers seeking information and assistance.As the participants entered the workshop space, their faces lit up with delight at the inviting aroma that filled the air.
